100% Commissions: We extend 100% commissions on Bankered as well as Brokered loans. Our Branch Managers simply remit a small fee of $375 on conventional loans and $450 on FHA and VA loans. There are no other hidden charges. And Benchmark is one of the few major branch providers that does NOT penalize it's Branch Partners with a 3/8ths to 1/2 point "hit" on brokered loans. THERE ARE NO UPCHARGES FOR BROKERING OUT and we have no "first right of refusal" requirements. Naturally we'd prefer to have you utilize our Banked Line where you'll not have to disclose YSP's and we'll spoil you with great pricing, yield spread premiums and service...but you're free to place your loans wherever you'd like. Cost of Entry Into Benchmark Branch Manager Partnership: None. Zip, zilch, zero! That is, we have no application or start up fees per se. However, we do assess a small charge to run background/credit checks on each Branch Manager as well as each Loan Officer...and there may be fees for state licensure, HUD Title II branch fees and other nominal charges. This training is delivered on a reservation basis. From time-to-time, we also deliver full day FHA/VA Training Seminars to our Branch Managers as well as other specialized trainings.

Licensing & Compliance: Our staff of state licensing and compliance specialists guide our Branch Partners through the complex and constantly changing laws state-to-state. We are expert in guiding you through the complexities of originating on a multi-state national platform. Together with our corporate Counsel, our compliance department converts the details of the latest laws into basic plain language guidelines for our employees to stay compliant.

Accounting: Benchmark employs a full service, experienced mortgage accounting department. We understand the needs and nuances of a mortgage office and take care of everything from accounts payable to payroll and tax reporting and other accounting functions that may currently take away time from your profit generating origination activities.

One program qualifies Realtors to become Employees of Benchmark given certain conditions. Secondly we have a Marketing Agreement that can be utilized with Realtors. A third program allows Realtors to be paid fees for rendering specific services in the real estate settlement procedure as set forth in our RESSA Agreement. A fourth program allows the establishment of a new joint venture in an Affiliated Business Arrangement (AfBA) with either Realtors or Builders.
